Packing:
Most of our products are packed safely in metal boxes with thick foam padding to prevent damage to the products. Small products are packed in hard cardboard boxes.
Insurance:
Insurance is available at additional cost. Contact us for more details.
Shipping:
Shipping for all our products is free worldwide.
We use Fedex, TNT, Aramex, DHL and Registered post for different locations.
You may have to pay import taxes / customs duties in your country.
We do not ship to P.O boxes.
Instructions:
Phone numbers are required for shipping purpose with every order. Rest assured your phone numbers are only used to confirm your orders manually
Returns:
1 . Will not be reimbursed the cost of transportation .
2 . Return fees are charged to the customer .
3 . The product, the packaging and the contents of the box must be returned as new , unopened and undamaged , as no other customer will want to receive a product package is open or not intact.
4 . The product must not have been used but only watched .
5 . If the product is not returned within points 1, 2 , 3 and 4 will be repaid , in part, in our sole discretion under the terms of wear of the product, the packaging and contents of the box .
6 . Always keep your receipt in the package received this as mandatory and essential to a claim for a refund or replacement of a product .
7 . Money can not be refunded in cash. Repayment is made through grocery voucher to be used at our Web Site , as items are ordered at the specific request of the customer.
8 . Without a receipt will not be taken into consideration any request of refund or replacement.
